Background

Founder Alex Bunjes has some 3 decades of experience in Human Resource consultancy and bottom line business management. Having concluded a career in the forefront of an international consultancy firm he has established a private practice aimed at serving international HR Directors and General Managers.

Alex worked for many years as management consultant for leading companies, supporting them to realise their business goals, to increase their professionalism in Human Resource Management and to design and implement innovative Human Resource Best Practices. The professional base of his activities is the combination of business administration and industrial (or occupational) psychology.

From 1992 till 2003 he was Managing Director of Adviesbureau Psychotechniek, later SHL Netherlands; was Member of the Board of SHL Group Plc and was responsible for group activities in Europe and abroad.
The dual focus was always the combination of international business management and consultancy.
